1. No Refund Policy

Osage Learning LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operates under a strict no-refund policy. All payments for our educational services are final and non-refundable.

2. Policy Overview

2.1 All Sales Final

When you purchase a subscription to our educational platform, whether monthly ($7 per module per student) or annually ($70 per module per student, or $200 per year for all modules per student when available), all payments are considered final upon processing.

2.2 No Partial Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for:

  • Unused portions of subscription periods

  • Cancelled subscriptions mid-cycle

  • Reduced usage of the platform

  • Changes in student needs or circumstances

  • Dissatisfaction with educational outcomes

  • Technical difficulties experienced by users

  • Changes of mind after purchase

3. Limited Exceptions

3.1 Billing Errors

We may provide refunds for actual billing errors at our sole discretion. Billing errors include situations where:

  • We charge an incorrect amount (e.g., billing $8 instead of the agreed-upon $7)

  • Duplicate charges are processed in error

  • Technical errors result in incorrect billing

Billing errors do NOT include:

  • Selecting the wrong subscription option

  • Misunderstanding pricing terms

  • Subscribing to additional modules unintentionally

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal

3.2 Evaluation Process

Any claims of billing errors will be evaluated on their individual merits. We reserve the right to request documentation and verification of any claimed billing error.

4. Subscription Management

4.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your parent portal or by contacting us at info@osagelearning.com. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

4.2 Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, you will retain access to paid services through the end of your current billing period. Access will terminate at the end of the paid period.

4.3 Account Deletion

If you delete your account using the delete account function in your parent portal, you will immediately lose access to all services, and no refund will be provided for unused subscription time.

5. Failed Payment Recovery

5.1 Payment Retry Process

If a payment fails, we will retry the payment daily for 5 consecutive days. During this period, access to the service will continue.

5.2 Service Suspension

If payment is not successful after 5 retry attempts, access to the service will be suspended until payment is received. No refunds or credits will be provided for the suspension period.

6. Service Modifications

6.1 Platform Updates

We regularly update and improve our educational platform. These updates do not entitle users to refunds, even if:

  • Features are modified or removed

  • User interface changes occur

  • New features are added that change the user experience

6.2 Service Discontinuation

In the unlikely event that we discontinue our services entirely, we will provide reasonable advance notice. However, no refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Contact First

Before disputing any charges with your payment provider, please contact us directly at info@osagelearning.com. Many issues can be resolved through direct communication.

7.2 Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account and loss of access to all services.

8. Legal Compliance

8.1 Consumer Protection Laws

This refund policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws while reflecting the digital nature of our educational services.

8.2 State Law Variations

Some states may have laws that override certain aspects of this policy. In such cases, applicable state law will govern to the extent required.

9. Alternative Remedies

9.1 Customer Support

Instead of refunds, we encourage users experiencing difficulties to:

  • Contact our customer support team for technical assistance

  • Review our educational resources and user guides

  • Adjust accommodation settings to better meet student needs

9.2 Service Credits

In exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may provide service credits for future use rather than cash refunds.

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
